We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on most of our completed services. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our work, you may request a refund within 30 days of service completion, subject to the terms outlined below.
3. Eligible Services for Refunds
The following services are eligible for refunds under our 30-day policy:
- HVAC Installation: New system installations that fail to meet agreed specifications or performance standards
- Plumbing Installation: New plumbing installations that do not function as specified
- Electrical Installation: New electrical work that fails to meet code requirements or agreed specifications
- Construction Services: Completed construction work that does not meet agreed specifications or quality standards
- Maintenance Contracts: Unused portions of prepaid maintenance agreements
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Emergency Services: Emergency repair calls and after-hours service calls
- Diagnostic Services: Service calls for troubleshooting and diagnosis
- Consumable Materials: Parts, materials, and consumables that have been installed or used
- Permit and Inspection Fees: Third-party fees paid on behalf of the customer
- Completed Repairs: Repair services that have successfully resolved the reported issue
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must:

6. Refund Resolution Options
Upon review of your refund request, we may offer one of the following resolutions:
- Corrective Work: We will return to correct any deficiencies at no additional charge
- Partial Refund: A partial refund for the portion of work that does not meet standards
- Full Refund: A complete refund of the service fee (minus materials and permits)
- Service Credit: Credit toward future services with MGM Diversified
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will issue a company check.
8. Warranty vs. Refund Policy
This refund policy is separate from our warranty coverage. Warranty claims for defective workmanship or materials may be addressed through repair or replacement rather than refund. Please refer to your service agreement for specific warranty terms.
9. Limitations and Exclusions
This refund policy does not cover:
- Damage caused by customer misuse, negligence, or failure to follow maintenance instructions
- Normal wear and tear of installed equipment or systems
- Issues arising from pre-existing conditions not disclosed during initial assessment
- Changes in customer preferences or requirements after work completion
- Third-party equipment failures or manufacturer defects (covered by manufacturer warranties)
- Costs associated with accessing work areas or removing/reinstalling customer property
10. Emergency Service Policy
For emergency services, our primary goal is to restore functionality and safety. While emergency repairs are generally non-refundable, we will work with customers to address any concerns about emergency service quality or pricing.
11. Commercial and Industrial Services
Commercial and industrial projects may have different refund terms as specified in the service contract. Large-scale projects are typically governed by the specific terms outlined in the signed agreement.
12. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may request a review by our management team. We are committed to resolving all customer concerns fairly and professionally. If necessary, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
