He holds multiple trade licenses and is certified in commercial HVAC installation and repair. Michael oversees all major projects and ensures our high standards of quality and safety are maintained on every job.

Lead HVAC Technician & Operations Manager
David brings 12+ years of HVAC and plumbing expertise to MGM Diversified. Specializing in commercial and residential HVAC systems, he leads our installation and service teams. David is known for his problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose complex system issues quickly and accurately.
Jennifer Martinez
Licensed Electrician & Project Coordinator
Jennifer is our lead electrician with 10+ years of experience in residential and commercial electrical work. She manages our electrical projects and coordinates with other trades to ensure seamless project completion. Jennifer is passionate about electrical safety and code compliance.
